Need of a License: Electricians, contractors and journeymen are not licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. They may be licensed by local government entities.
Who Grants a License: Local government entities.

Master Electrician: There is no statewide licensing of master electricians. Contact local jurisdictions.
Contractor: There is no statewide licensing of contractors. Contact local jurisdictions.
Journeyman Electrician: There is no statewide licensing of journeyman electricians. Contact local jurisdictions.
Applicable Code: No statewide electrical code.
